Description
Working in the HR Operations team leading the Recruitment Teams ensuring the provision of high quality recruitment services for the Trust. This role is key to ensuring they get the right people in the right roles at the right time. Working with internal stakeholders, offering the most up to date and pragmatic recruitment approaches. Driving time to hire timescales, utilising social media, and supporting hard to fill roles. Working to the Head of HR operations to support the development of Trust wide workforce plans and delivery of these plans.
It's essential you have NHS experience and therefore experienced/had previous exposure of their Job Evaluation to provide strong governance and compliance across the Trust, providing advice to ensure standards are met and maintained.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be an effective leader of a team who is self-motivated and enthusiastic to drive the recruitment function forward by being creative, forward thinking and strategic. You will also need the following:
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of NHS Workforce Planning
- Experience in the provision of Recruitment services
- Working Knowledge of HR information systems
- Experience of managing job evaluation schemes
- TRAC knowledge or similar HR system knowledge and willing to move to expert in this area
- Knowledge and understanding of operating within a national pay & conditions of service framework
- Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Project management skills qualification or relevant experience

This role is at the Agenda for Change Band 7 £38,890 - £44,503 pa + additional benefits.
