Department: Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all day-to-day operational aspects of the Talent Acquisition journey to allow for a well-informed and appealing Talent Acquisition experience for all candidates:
- Overseeing and organising interviews, ensuring all interviewing managers have the required information necessary
- Managing appropriate hiring approval processes
- Managing staff referrals for talent, and communicating this scheme internally
- Authorising invoices and identifying rebates
- To set service expectations ensuring delivery of KPI's and SLA's both internally and externally
- Build talent pools for the organisation from the passive and non-passive candidate markets.
- Review and enhance selection and assessment criteria and structure
- Organise Talent Acquisition events including graduate fairs and schemes to directly hire where possible.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with third party suppliers
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationship with key stakeholders
- Training managers on interview etiquette and techniques to foster a consistent and sustainable skill-set for identifying the right talent, and allowing for a measured approach to judging candidate potential
- Management and development of In-House recruiters to ensure their development and effectiveness
- Rationalise, standardise, and redesign processes and documentation where necessary
- Effective management of the Talent Acquisition costs
- Attracting and hiring a diverse range of candidates

- Experience of Talent Acquisition and HR policy and process
- Improving Talent Acquisition effectiveness and stream-lining ways of working in a corporate environment
- Ability to adapt within a fast-changing environment
- Precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately to deadline
- Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholder
- Proven customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition/HR systems and an ability to maximise potential of effective data management
- Effective negotiation with third party recruiters
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- A clear foresight of the Talent Acquisition landscape anticipating changes where possible
