HR M&A and Due-Diligence Lead

Our client, a global Technology business which offers a range of services, is looking for an Associate Director/ Director level Consultant to join their growing M&A team, focusing on Europe.

The business is on a significant growth journey and is looking for someone to help support with their processes as they continue to acquire businesses across Europe.

This role will consider the HR risk of acquiring new business and lead the process from start to finish, covering all HR due-diligence matters for any mergers and acquisitions and will be a key asset to the HR M&A team.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in large, global organisations in the HR M&A/ due-diligence space, advising on these areas.
  • Consulting experience within HR M&A is advantageous.
  • Proven experience of leading multiple HR projects, with transformation experience and a solid understanding of managing comp and bens.
