Job Details
Oakleaf are partnered with an established Financial Services client who are looking for a proactive HR Operations and Analytics Officer to join their busy team on a 12 month basis. This will be a busy role adding value to the team and HR process through strong reporting and interpretation people data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continually improve processes around the Employee Life Cycle
- Advise on tools to improve efficiency and collaboration to maximise service levels
- Assist with day-to-day HR queries from employees as required
- Assist with the writing and updating of HR policies and procedures when required
- Manage HR reporting requirements for the HR team and the business, producing MI reports
- First point of contact for HR data and related queries.
- Contribute to Data & Analytics projects and initiatives
- Design presentations and visuals for HR information and metrics
- Manage audit requirements assisting with ICS HR workflows on the Certus tool and be point of contact for Risk Management and Internal Audit when required
- Be responsible for data integrity of all appropriate records, including HR systems and other databases.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual headcount budget and the mid-year review
- Assist in the management and delivery of appropriate projects that support the continuous development and improvement of the HR function
- Assist with the preparation of events and campaigns and the design of HR communication tools such as emails, brochures and intranet
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills to provide interpretation of people data.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills with very good knowledge of MS Office tools, SharePoint, Oracle Cloud HCM (experience of Analytics tools such as Tableau is desired)
- Experience working within the Financial Services sector would be benecficial
Initially working remotely, there will be a requirement to work in the Central London office a few days a week.
