HR Officer

Ashley Kate are looking for an experienced HR Officer looking for a fresh challenge with a leading business in Cheltenham, on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who is able to work on site, cover end-to-end Recruitment and someone who has previously worked in a blue collar environment. You will be a solid HR Generalist with experience of manager Employee Relations case work at high volume.

Reporting into the HR manager you will be involved in the full employee life cycle and operating across a manufacturing environment where constant change is happening. It is important that you are confident in terms of coaching managers and payroll queries.

Senior HR Officer – About you

It is essential that you have used have strong experience across working on HRIS and strong excel skills are needed
An exceptional ‘can do’ attitude being naturally friendly and approachable
You must have a proven background in policies and procedures, recruitment and the on-boarding process.

We are looking for someone who can work at pace to changing priorities, someone who is a go getter with drive, who can really drive the HR function forward. We are looking for someone who is confident to be pro-active in the role, who will use their initiative to raise process improvements to the wider team, and someone who is happy to be involved in all aspects and duties at HR Officer level.
