Your new role
In your new Campus Recruitment Coordinator role, you'll be responsible for supporting Summer and Graduate Programs; including orientation, coordinating training, presenting on hiring metrics, and running developmental check-ins. Furthermore, you'll develop strong relationships with universities, organise on-campus events and identify opportunities to diversify talent pools. A key part of this role is high-volume coordination - room booking, interview scheduling etc.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and soft skills, the ability to articulate and present in front of senior stakeholders, strong coordination and attention to detail. Ideally, you'll have HR or Recruitment experience.
