This is an interim (3 months) HR Business Partner role supporting a business and HR team during a busy period. You will be working closely with the HR Director providing operational support with a number of key HR projects and will need a strong generalist HR background.

Projects will include

  • Reviewing and improving the current Employee Engagement strategies
  • Picking up issues around Succession Planning and helping to develop skills within key management roles.
  • Helping to pull together information for the Gender Pay Gap Report

We are looking for someone with a strong completer finisher mindset and the experience and credibility to speedily build effective relationships and trust with senior management. A variety of project experience and the ability to work at pace is essential. Due to the short term nature of the role you will need to hit the ground running and have proven experience of operating at this level already.

The role could be based from either their West Midlands or East Midlands office and you are also likely to spend time working from home.

The role requires full time hours, an immediate start and is a salaried position (rather than day rate) paying £45-£50k + £4k car allowance
