People Advisor Opportunity

Birmingham based

This is a fantastic HR / People Advisor post for our client based in Birmingham. This role offers flexible working both in office and from home. This role is a great opportunity to work and report into a brilliant People Business Partner and support on all HR related duties to one of their largest business units.

Duties:

  • Managing all generalist people activity
  • Partnering with managers to resolve ER matters
  • Supporting change programmes to deliver the business organisational design needs
  • Assist and identify training needs within your business group
  • Work with the D&I manager deliver initiatives to improve wellbeing and employee experience
  • Assist and deliver on all training and development needs

This is a great opportunity for a People Advisor to work in a business that provides support and assistance to local communities.
