Your new company
I am working with a global well known brand, who are looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Manager for a 6 month FTC to lead on a number of upcoming projects.

Your new role
There are a number of areas within compensation, benefits, pensions and payroll that my client is looking for support in. Projects include harmonising benefits with the wider business, looking at the flex benefits and how they are communicated, and also a piece around pension contributions. You will set up the reward function in a simplistic way for the generalist team to manage moving forwards.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Compensation and Benefits specialist, who also has pensions and payroll experience. You will have demonstrable experience of simplifying and improving the benefits offering, and have an innovative mindset with ideas to help them stand out from the crowd.
