Plan lead and deliver learning & development requirements in support of a dedicated transformational project.

Description
Project manage assigned people development project.
Create robust project plans through effective scoping, to ensure all elements of the lifecycle are considered
Ensure the people workstream is delivering against the overall programme
provide timely and accurate updates to the People Development Team
Through great teamwork and role modelling, demonstrate and live the business values.
Profile
A background in Learning and Development, and/or Training and Development
Experience of working with cross-functional teams
Have a customer centric approach with a proven track record of delivery
A strong business understanding of what People Development is, and particularly customer centric people development.
