Your new role
As Interim International Recruiter you will support the Recruitment Manager in managing the end to end recruitment for vacancies across the UK and Europe, predominantly France and Germany. You will manage recruitment for Technology hires (engineering) as well as None Technology (Client services, Sales, Marketing, Corporate Functions etc). You will advertise vacancies, screen candidates, develop relationships with hiring managers to understand full brief, and manage offer process.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have managed recruitment across Europe in an Advertising or Ad tech business where you will have managed direct hiring as well as managed vacancies. You will have proven experience of using creative methods to source candidates to build market maps and talent pools. Experience of recruiting in the UK, France and Germany is essential with a track record in tech and non tech hires. Experience of using Workday as an ATS would be highly advantageous. You must be immediately available to start a new role and commit to a 6-9 month contract.
