Resourcing/Recruitment Manager position for a large healthcare organisation
Client Details
The client is in the healthcare sector
Description
As Resourcing/Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:
- End to end recruitment process for healthcare recruitment
- Support with development and delivery of Resourcing Strategy for the organisation
- Reports directly to Head of Resourcing and with line management of a small team of Recruitment BPs
- Building effective relationships with Hiring/Regional Managers, External suppliers etc
- Work proactively with Managers to ensure both current and future resourcing needs are met
- Constantly identifying areas for Improvement to processes
- Provide regular MI reporting
- Ensure all SLA's and KPIs are achieved
Profile
The successful candidate will;
* Proven track record in high volume recruitment roles
* Experience managing teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Creative and innovative approach to resourcing strategies
* IT/MS Office skills
* Motivated, driven and results orientated
