I am working with an expanding global technology organisation who are looking for some additional HR BP support for a 3-month period. Working with the current HR team you will be directly partnering commercial and corporate function client groups based in the UK.
My client is going through an exciting period of expansion so the HR BP role will cover a broad generalist remit supporting management through this time.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Working with management to deliver effective solutions in areas such as organisation design, workforce planning, onboarding, engagement, performance management provide a true value add service.
- Own and manage all people processes ensuring all BAU issues are covered as well as future proofing the organisation/division from a people point of view
- Partnering with Senior stakeholders supporting them through forwarding thinking and the impact of this on their business areas
This is a small HR team so it is important that candidates are willing to get involved with any necessary projects or additional responsibilities.
We require candidate who are available at short notice for a minimum period of 3 months. You will be experienced in the whole HR Business Partner remit as well as working in a fast paced and changing organisation.
