Interim HR Advisor

Our client is a leading business in their field that operate UK wide with a strong employee head count of 1200! Our client are going though a large transformation project currently, and this is an opportunity to be involved in a number of key change projects to support this.
This role is a maternity cover for approx 12 months, offering a salary between £30-38k DOE.
As their HR Advisor you will work as part of a dedicated team managing your own internal business units.
You will be a strong communicator, passionate about building relationships with a coaching/guiding approach - Working closely with management with different levels of support required.
You will be passionate about developing others, specifically the up-skilling of their management team, and monitoring
You will manage a wide range of employee relations, some high volumes and complex cases
You will lead on a number of key change projects such as restructures/redundancy, and systems implementations
We are seeking an experienced generalist Advisor, passionate to develop others, and who has worked in a similar industrial and unionised environment. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards, and have experience in change management project work
