Temp HR Advisor role, Home & Tiverton based role, £14.01-£17.77ph premium rate

An exciting opportunity has come up in a busy and reputable company within the public sector in Tiverton. You will work from home as well as in the office. This company has 450 Employees.


Your new role
You will support and advise managers on Employee Relation cases, policies, and procedures. You will be a strong team player who is passionate providing excellent support. You can either work 40hpw, 5dpw or less hours over 3-4 dpw. DBS will be needed for this role (paid for by Hays)


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a strong Generalist HR Advisor or Senior HR professional. You will need to have excellent communication, organisation and administration skills. CIPD qualification is not essential. You will need to be a friendly, pro-active and hands on HR professional. You will need to be values driven, enjoy working within a team as well as autonomously.
