A leading Asset Management firm in the city of London are looking to bring on new Recruiter on a 6 month basis initially. Working alongside the European Recruiter Lead and 1 other recruiter this role will manage end to end recruitment process for hires across front and back office.
Experience of the one of the following business areas would be a bonus: corporate functions, risk, front, middle and back office, continental Europe with a preference for Germany
- 5 years end to end rec experience - agency and in-house preferred
- Credible business partner
- Grad or equivalent
- Passionate about direct* hiring, inclusive hiring and candidate care
- Collaborative and hands on - across the TA team but also wider HR and willing to lean into scheduling and on-boarding if required
- Used to fast pace and high volumes
- Workday experience would be beneficial
