Page Personnel HR are excited to be partnering with a Page Platinum client on a brand new Learning & Development Business Partner role. Our client are embarking on an exciting journey of cultural change and this role will play a huge part in the project and ongoing improvement. Knowledge of the full L&D life cycle and a real passion for engagement is essential. Travel will be involved between Burnley and Derby.

Our client are a successful business within the manufacturing industry who are embarking on a period of restructure and cultural change. This involves exciting in-depth plans for continuous improvement and engagement across all departments. They are recruiting an Learning & Development Business Partner to support this project. The role will require knowledge of the full L&D cycle and really work to embed the company values and mission statement in every aspect of training. The role will be based in Burnley and require travel to Derby on a regular basis.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Learning & Development Business Partner are writing and designing policy and procedures for learning and development, partnering with senior stakeholders, working with all company divisions, full L&D life cycle (gap/training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation), organisational development, creating strategy, developing job descriptions and aligning expectations, performance management, talent management, providing advice and support to managers and supporting the onboarding of new starters. The role will require travel between Burnley and Derby.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- experience in a similar role
- strong knowledge and experience of full L&D life cycle
- a passion for L&D, improving engagement and driving change
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- an analytical approach to work
- ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
- computer literacy with MS Office and in-house systems
