Interim / FTC HR Manager
We are pleased to be partnering with this large commercial organisation to recruit an Interim HR Manager on a FTC or day rate basis.
Supporting a workforce of just over 1000 employees, this role will be providing a full generalist HR service. Operating sites throughout the UK and with a predominately blue collar workforce, you will be supporting across the full employee life-cycle. This will include working closely with staff managers around recruitment and selection, ER case work and succession planning. Reporting directly into the MD, you will work closely to ensure that the people plans are embedded across the business, including leading on an alignment project following a merger. Managing 2-3 members of the HR team, you will also be hands on in developing the team and leading from the front.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who has managed a blue collar workforce and is happy to work both operationally and strategically. There will be some travel involved in this role (when permitted) with a base location in Birmingham 2-3 days a week.
