HR Administrator in north of Cambridge, 6 month FTC, paying up to £25,000

Your new company
Hays are proud to be working with a leading pharmaceutical company based north of Cambridge who are recruiting an HR Administrator to support the busy HR team.


Your new role
As the HR Administrator you will be supporting the HR Team with a wide variety of administration. You will report to the Talent Acquisition & HR Officer and provide administrative support to all team members to improve administrative efficiency within the team. Your key focus will be recruitment and onboarding, coordination of meetings, and maintaining HR and employee records. You will provide support and input in the delivery of HR projects, follow HR processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, as well as being responsible for the Health & Safety of yourself and fellow employees.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly self-motivated, resilient and proactive individual who thrives in an open and fast-paced environment. You will be honest, inclusive and personable, someone who is able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills as it is vital that you are confident dealing with people face to face and on the phone. You must possess strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and strong attention to detail. You must have minimum 1 years' experience in an HR team or studying towards a CIPD qualification and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).


What you'll get in return
In return you will join a market-leading and growing company near Cambridge. You will receive a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience, and you will either be full time or part time (30 hours a week across 5 days). There is also a free parking on site and you will be required to work in the office at least 1 day a week.
