A great opportunity for a HR Advisor / Associate to join a great team based in Chester. Our client is offering hybrid working ( office and home ) in this role and we are seeking a strong HR generalist who has proven experience in a corporate environment. The successful HR Advisor / Associate will be analytical in their approach and have excellent ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time. You will be based in Chester in beautiful offices and will be the first point of contact for the HR department.
Typical HR Associate duties:
- Update and maintain internal HR Systems
- Act as point of contract for employee questions and escalate as needed
- Act as subject matter experience and main administrator on all HRIS, creating and organising employee presentations and issues
- Provide support to the HR team regarding reports generation, and analysis, payroll, drafting communications, training, recruitment and compensation analysis
