HR Business Partner
Experienced HR Business Partner to join a busy large scale organisation who support key business units
We are seeking an experienced and engaging, individual to join a HR Business Partner Team. You will use your credibility and leadership skills to work closely with senior staff from a Management Team.
As an HR Business Partner you will provide business focussed HR solutions and guidance, which will drive change and empower a variety of managers across different disciplines and operational backgrounds to support the great place to work. You will need to have a depth of HR experience, have worked in a large and complex organisation before and be looking for a new challenge in a busy role.
Along with being ambitious, you'll need to be resilient and able to demonstrate passion, innovation and an enthusiastic "can do" approach to deliver across a variety of issues.
You should be able to demonstrate your knowledge and confidence in dealing with a range of complex HR matters, will have a flexible and pragmatic approach to your work and be able to use your initiative to make things happen whilst working at pace.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as you will need to work collaboratively in navigating challenging HR issues, organisational changes and strategy.
You will play an integral role both to your division and to the wider HR team in helping to deliver the People Plan, whilst continuing to improve our HR function.
- HR Business Partner skills and experience in large scale complex organisations ideally unionised / public sector
- Experiences of Partnering Leadership teams with a variety of people agendas
- MCIPD / Level 7 Post Grad Diploma or equivalent
This is an interim assignment and opportunity to work as part of a challenging and engaging team. You will have a mix of onsite location and home work in a full time capacity.
