Ashley Kate HR and Finance are partnering with an established FMCG business for a Training Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly into the Head of L&D, you will be an experienced training professional with a passion for L&D/E-Learning and you will be responsible for coordinating and collating evaluations of the completed training and development activities.
You will be involved in identifying high performing individuals at all levels and make sure proactive plans are in place to support their career development. As well as supporting behavioural and cultural change, you will help the business to maximise the capability of people and identify opportunities to increase engagement. In line with this you will be responsible for the design or source the delivery of appropriate training for best practice and performance across all levels of the business.
·Attention to detail and accuracy
·The ability to review training data and produce value add updates and reports
·Proficient in Microsoft and IT packages particularly excel and powerpoint
·Confident to communicate across all levels across the business
·Confident to deliver to small/medium audiences both virtual and classroom-based Flexible to change direction to suite needs of the business
·Work in a factory- based environments when required to develop L&D material
