We are currently recruiting for HR coordinator to join our client on a full-time permanent basis, at their site near Clapham.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be based on site every day and will have a full responsibility for all HR administration including production of offers / contracts /work permits/exit interviews/filing and development of HR policies and procedures.
You will manage the HR inbox and assist managers and employees with general HR queries, as well as work closely with the external payroll ensuring accuracy and timelines.
This is a full generalist remit, including end to end recruitment, updating the HR system (Cypher) providing management reports. You will support the employee benefits and insurance as well as the training and development administration across the business.
experience within an administrative HR role and ideally looking studying towards your HR qualification
possess a good understanding of current employment law and HR best practice
awareness of maintaining a high level of confidentiality
strong IT skills including Excel and experience of HR systems
highly organised with excellent attention to detail
good initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
able to multitask and manage competing priorities
take ownership of and see-through projects as required
confident and proactive in liaising with people at all levels and working as part of a team
