We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Learning Advisor on a permanent basis for a high-profile organisation. The position will be based in London.

Are you keen to bring your expertise for digital learning to the team. Take a lead on making sure that digital learning content is current and high quality?

We need someone who will champion a blended learning approach and work with the Senior L&D Manager to provide an appropriate mix of digital and classroom learning as required. Take a lead role in developing e-learning solutions, including identifying and evaluating e-tools, new approaches to e-learning and emerging learning trends.

The organisation employs over 2000 people with a diverse range of job roles and responsibilities. The HR Department consists of a flexible team of professionals who provide a broad HR service, including resourcing, learning & development, generalist business partnering, compensation and benefits, systems and analytics and employee communications.

Learning and development is a critical aspect of their work, be it ensuring everyone has access to important 'must know' training, improving capability, supporting individual career development or developing their leaders. Increasingly they use digital channels to increase engagement, expand their reach and provide easy accessibility to learning and development opportunities.

This role involves a wide and varied range of responsibilities. As Digital L&D Advisor you will underpin the Senior L&D Manager on L&D projects and initiatives. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the management of their Learning Management System. You will work with suppliers and key stakeholders to design and deliver new learning content and be a specialist in the world of digital learning. You will assess and evaluate engagement with digital content and work to improve process and learner completions - especially of compliance content.
