HR Business Partner
We are excited to be supporting our National client in recruiting for4 a new HRBP to join their team.

This role is new to manage HR for their Yorkshire and North east sites alongside the HRBP for the Northwest managing 16 sites between you. The role will be split between working at your closest site in Yorkshire, Travelling to other sites and some home working. The HRBP will manage their own diary and workload. It is important due to the travel that this candidate be based in the Leeds/York area for accessibility to other sites.
The HRBP will partner with site and logistics/depot managers to support them in every day HR in a hands on and operational capacity.

The salary on offer is £35-40k depending on experience, plus car allowance
The successful candidate will be a strong Generalist/Senior HR Advisor, with a hands on operational approach with experience in TUPE transfers a must. You will ideally have multi site experience or be used to a range of contracts/terms of employment. You will have experience within a blue collar environment and be CIPD qualified or working towards.
