The role will take a lead in the delivery of the annual pay review, bonus and performance management activities by building SharePoint team sites and spreadsheets to collate information, process calculations, track budgets and present MI. The role will also coordinate mass production of letters, email and other communications leveraging macros to enable timely and efficient distribution.

Description

  • Manage, prioritise and allocate work coming into HR Data Production team to ensure service level agreements are achieved and an excellent service is provided
  • Management of the suite of scheduled monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting from SAPHR
  • Fulfilment of ad-hoc reporting from SAPHR prioritising effectively to ensure timelines are met
  • Continuous improvement of HR reporting processes through automation using excel macros and other analytical tools
  • Lead the set-up of SharePoint Team sites to collate, calculate and track spend against budget role for Pay Review and Bonus activities
  • Support HR activities and projects with the delivery and upload of data to SAPHR, including employee surveys, annual benchmarking
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the MI reporting tool and how best the data can then be used within the HR community and the wider business
  • Development of SharePoint sites that allow data inputs from wider HR teams and the business in relation to HR processes to improve efficiency
  • Lead, engage and coach team members to support them in managing cases and achieving targets set
  • Ensure effective team development, upskilling and multi-skilling of the team

Profile

  • Previous experience in a leader role, managing employees who are responsible for providing a service within agreed service levels
  • Experience of working with HRIS and processes with the ability to extract and interrogate as needed
  • Substantial experience of working in a data production/MI team with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and activities, making sound judgement calls as needed
  • Highly numerate with strong problem-solving skills being able to identify root causes and present actions to resolve
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, can provide clear and accurate information across several formats
