Oakleaf are suupporting a recognised law firm in the hiring of a new HR Administrator into their team. This will be offered on a 6 month basis, but has potential for something longer term/ permanent.

The Role

The HR Administrator will assist the HR Team in delivering a professional, commercially focused HR offering, which is aligned to the departmental and firm wide strategy. This role will be varied, from co-ordination of recruitment, to administrative responsibilities, to supporting the starters/leavers process, monitoring probationary reviews, managing the sickness absence recording and monitoring process, as well as providing additional support with project work.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

* Sickness Absence (system input/chase self-certification forms)

* Overtime management

* Updating and designing Intranet page

* Additional support for new joiner (System Input/ verification of documents)

* Induction coordination

* Recruitment admin

* Update the weekly movement spreadsheet

* Payroll administration

* Process invoices

* Ad hoc administrative and project support

What they are looking for:

* Strong academics including a degree or equivalent experience

* Excellent IT skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
