- End-to-end recruitment across all finance, marketing, supply chain and scientific/ research
- Managing employee relations
- Drawing up and introducing new policies
- Rolling out training
- Outlining strategy and timeline
- Cross referencing terms and conditions

- Working closely with stakeholders
Profile
Temp HR Business Partner role (8 months +) with an initial focus on recruitment.

- Background in HR and Recruitment and a senior level
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Able to start at short notice
- Happy to work in the office for the majority of the week
