Your new role
The Interim HR Manager EMEA, will join the business on a 3-6 month FTC to support the rightsizing of the business following growth and acquisition across Europe. Working with the in country HR teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the redundancy consultations are carried out within the project timeframe as well as managing restructuring, integration and harmonisation activities.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have operated at HR Manager level and will have experience of supporting client groups across mainland Europe. You will have managed both individual and collective redundancy consultation and will have experience of harmonisation and integration across Europe. You will be happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved with any operational HR duties as required. You will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level and will be comfortable partnering with Country and Regional Managers. It is essential that you can start a new role in June 2021 and commit to a 3-6 month FTC. The majority of the role will be based remotely from home but you will be required in the office as required.
