Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide full generalist HR Advisory support to the business of approx 600 employees, alongside your HR colleagues. You will be involved in everything from the employee lifecycle processes, ER case management, training and coaching line managers, projects, policy improvement, recruitment and onboarding support, succession planning and HR reporting and analytics.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with a good grounding in HR and ER advisory work, someone who has excellent communication skills and experience of stakeholder management. Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or 5 would be preferable.
