Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Financial Services organisation for a Reward Manager. Reporting to the Reward Director this is a great opportunity to gain further exposure to Reward Governance and Executive Remuneration.

Key aspects of the role will include:

  • Assisting with the analysis and writing of papers for Remuneration Committees
  • Analysis of regulatory and corporate governance trends ensure ongoing compliance with requirements
  • Assisting with the writing and analysis for the Directors Remuneration Report and Gender Pay Report
  • Drafting communication on remuneration policies and policy implementation
  • Support on wider global Reward projects

Essential experience and skills required:

  • Proven technical, analytical and stakeholder management experience within a Financial Services reward and regulatory environment, especially for the UK and Europe
  • CRD4 and/or CRD5 experience is advantageous
  • Experience of Reward implications of UK, European and Global Financial Services Regulations
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
