Your new role
My client is a successful and growing business who need to appoint an additional member to the team due to continued growth. You will report into the Head of HR and be responsible for all aspects of the employee life-cycle from advertising, recruitment, on-boarding, coaching, guiding and advising managers on all aspects of ER (absence management, performance management, disciplinaries) and learning and development.
You will also be proactively involved in employee engagement, well-being and policy update/change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally min CIPD level 5 qualified.
You will be a strong generalist, who is accustomed to being hands-on and being in a very employee facing role.
You will want to work in and help create a high performance culture
Proactive interaction with employees and managers will be key to the success of this role.
