Organisational Design Lead
We are currently supporting a large public sector client of ours as they prepare for large scale transformation over the upcoming 12-18 months. As part of this journey, they are investing in a Org Design Lead, to review and report on a crucial area of their workforce.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you take ownership for the mass scale project of identifying key roles amongst the organisation, assessing their performance, effectiveness and risk. And liaise with the Learning & Development Team and HR Business Partnering team to ensure a collaborative, pro-active approach to the on-going development of this as the organisation continues on their transformation journey.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as an OD specialist would be a huge advantage, but is not essential to be considered. The experience my client is looking for is someone who has worked successfully in a complex, highly regulated environment and who can interact with multiple stakeholders, influence appropriately and who can handle incredible complex regulations and processes which the organisation must adhere to. Previous experience in Job Evaluation, Workforce Development and Talent Development would be a huge advantage too.
