Global Head of Reward, 18 month FTC
Oakleaf are working with a high-growth Media organisation on a brand new Head of Reward role. This global role is the first of Head of Reward within the organisation. This role will be leading the design and implementation of reward programs in line with the business strategy and philosophy.
This is a total Reward position and will be responsible for:
* Developing the Reward philosophy and strategy
* The delivery of global reward activities, compensation, benefits, variable compensation and equity reward
* Conducting job evaluation and salary/bonus reviews
* Ownership of internal salary benchmarking / integration with HRIS.
* Developing global mobility policies and processes
The successful candidate
* Will have proven global Reward experience
* Significant experience across Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility
* Will be comfortable in a strategic Reward role with hands on elements
