HR Systems Specialist, 12 months
Oakleaf are recruiting for a HR Systems Specialist on a 12 month contract basis. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, the HR Systems Specialist role will be part of a small team supporting and enhancing the PeopleSoft HR, IBM Kenexa Recruitment ATS and Cognos Reporting suite systems. This role is due to an increase in workload and new projects.
The post-holder will be responsible for;
Providing general support to users around the PeopleSoft HR system, including answering "how to" type questions, advice on procedures, monitoring data quality, training new users, writing and running ad-hoc reports, generating and circulating global management information and handling ad-hoc requests for HR.
The post-holder can expect to become involved in the specification and configuration of new system features.
Whilst experience of PeopleSoft and Cognos or similar systems would be an advantage, full training is provided, so attitude and aptitude are key.
