Head of HR Operations - 9 Month FTC
Morgan Philips are working with a great company who are searching for a Head of HR Operations to join them for 9 months to cover a period of maternity. The role is working for a company who are in an exciting period of growth and a great HRD who I have worked with for many years. This position will pay up to £65,000 plus 15% bonus pro rata.
Responsible for a team of 3 including payroll, the Head of HR Operations role will be to ensure the smooth offering of transactional HR to the business. This will involve supporting the HR Advisor with Employee Relations, recruitment, employee engagement, policy writing and development, gender pay reporting, end of year performance reviews, bonus calculations, checking the monthly payroll calculations to go through to the outsourced provider and projects such as hybrid working. This is a fast paced, constantly changing role so the successful candidate will need to be fluid in their approach with a good eye for details. You will work closely with the HRD on projects and the end of year process.
The successful candidate will ideally be fully CIPD qualified to Level 7 with a strong background in a similar role ideally gained within Financial Services. You will have experience of payroll as well as a senior HR Generalist skills and team management experience. You must be good at constructing HR policies and documentation, should be inclusive, pragmatic and supportive with your team enabling them to work to the best of their ability.
