Talent Acquisition Partner

Paddington, West London

£40,000pa

An exciting opportunity to join a progressive, driven and outgoing Talent team within a Leisure Brand, based in Paddington.
The successful Recruitment Partner will recruit across all levels of operational roles and across multiple sites within North West London. The Talent Partner will be responsible for end to end recruitment to secure top talent as well as create a constant pipeline of candidates to meet the operational recruitment requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter who is eager to make an impact on the success of an organisation.

The successful Recruitment Partner will:
- Take ownership of end to end high-volume, operational recruitment.
- Source and attract talent using a range of methods and cost effect channels including direct sourcing, talent mapping, employee referral, social media and job boards.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Devise recruitment plans for each vacancy by working closely with internal hiring managers.
- Monitor ROI on all successful recruitment.
- Manage the PSL whilst aiming to increase direct hires.

Key Skills and Experience required:
- Recent experience as an Internal Recruitment Partner or Agency Recruiter who has managed high volume (20 vacancies and above), multi-site operational recruitment vacancies.
- Experience sourcing candidates across a range of sectors using various attraction methods.
- Articulate, proactive and influential in approach.
- Confident building relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure, consistently achieve deadlines.
- Strong team player, can work on own initiative, coupled with a positive attitude and flexible approach.
- Supported on large scale recruitment projects across multi-site operations would be advantageous.
- Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
