A successful global retail organisation are looking for a Part Time Reward Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will pay £50,000 pro rata (3 days a week). This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in multiple Reward projects in a role that offers great flexibility.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Heavy involvement in the annual salary and bonus review

- Job evaluation and salary benchmarking activities

- Implementation and development of new and existing Compensation & Benefits initiatives globally

- Building new Compensation policies and procedures

- Gender Pay Gap reporting

- Monthly reporting for data relating to Reward related metrics

The ideal candidate will:

- Involvement in 2 or more annual salary and bonus reviews

- Proven data manipulation and reporting experience

- Strong Compensation and Benefits experience

- Strong user of Microsoft Excel

- Job evaluation and salary benchmarking experience

- Ability to manage multiple projects
