Recruitment Coordinator

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a growing and exciting business as they expand their team and recruit for a Recruitment Coordinator, a newly created role to join their expanding HR function and growing business!!

Reporting into the HR BP, you will be joining a busy, fast paced function, who offer a fantastic inclusive, supportive and friendly culture. As they grow they seek a recruitment professional who can be passionate about the candidate journey and bringing exciting new talent to the business.

This candidate will focus on managing the recruitment coordination right up to candidate on boarding process as the business recruits new hires. Having IT or digital recruitment experience would be a big advantage! This person will be responsible for managing the ATS systems and advertising roles on local job boards. You will be responsible for the candidate journey - CV screening, invitations to interviews, all correspondences, and candidate pipelines for future opportunities. You will support managers, coordinate interviews and liaise with agencies. Supporting the HRBP with everything up to offers of employment/contracts, starters and organising initial inductions. You will also be analytical in your approach, reporting on key recruitment metrics for the management team, focusing on time to hire, and candidate statistics. This is a real administrative, hands on and fast paced role!

We are looking for:

·Previous experience working in a resourcing or recruitment role is essential!
·A real passion for HR, recruitment and developing a long term career
·Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
·Good experience using ATS Systems and producing reports.
·Strong Excel skills, verbal & written communications
·A confident communicator who has an organised approach is a must
