HR Assistant (recruitment)

HR Assistant - Temporary Contract - Start ASAP - Swansea

Your new company
You'll be working for a Swansea based Further Education organisation with fantastic employee feedback. You'll be based just outside Swansea city centre in Sketty.

Your new role
You will be supporting the HR team with all administrative duties with a focus on recruitment through their busy summer months. This will include updating job descriptions, assisting with shortlisting and updating electronic recruitment system. You'll also be posting job adverts and supporting with the on boarding process including all pre-employment checks.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have some form of HR administrative background, ideally with recruitment experience. This is an education setting and does require DBS clearance. If you have this in place already, this will be beneficial. To embed into the team as quickly as possible you'll need to be able to work onsite.

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary contract starting ASAP. Salary offered is dependant on experience, you can expect to receive between £10-11 per hour plus holiday. There is a generous holiday allowance of 33 days plus the chance to embed into a busy HR team gaining invaluable experience for those starting a career within Human Resources.
