Interim Change Partner
This is a busy and challenging Change Project role working in a rapidly changing and modernising organisation. You will be joining their Transformation Team (fixed term until the end of 2021) with responsibility for ensuring that change initiatives are delivered to time and budget.
Based in Birmingham (with plenty of home work) the role will include
- Working with stakeholders at all levels, project teams and managers to ensure that the agreed change initiatives are implemented. Communicating change plans and the redefinition of roles, responsibilities and business areas ensuring that all parties understand what success looks like.Supporting the business to ensure that change initiatives are implemented and adopted and that the changes are commercially effective.Providing advice, guidance and expertise throughout the change process.
It is important that you have a strong understanding of Project Planning, Project Definition, Project Risk and you will need, at the very least, a good grounding in project methodology and tools.
We are looking for individuals with the communication skills required to get everyone on board with change and maintain strong relationships throughout. We will also be looking for proven experience of
- managing large-scale organisational change projects.
- working in partnership with senior management
- having a strong understanding of HR change processes and the ability to pre-empt all people issues.
It is important that you are a problem solving doer as well as a strategist.
Birmingham based 1-2 days a week there is plenty of scope to be working from home. This is a salaried interim role requiring a prompt start and running, at least, until the end of 2021. There could be some discussion around a flexible working pattern (30 hours a week minimum)
