Interim HR Business Partner - 12 month FTC - Chesterfield/Sheffield with WFH/flexible working - £35k to £38k plus bens

Your new role
Your role as a HR Business Partner will be involved in the change management and projects arena.
First you will be implementing an organisational development methodology for the service structure and design into the organisation through a pilot study - to establish number of layers of management and the staff that an organisation needs
Then you will be involved in an alignment project - reviewing the various terms and conditions of the workforce.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in HR practices - ideally within project and change management - at a Partner/Senior Advisor level.
CIPD Level 5 as a minimum - or suitably equivalent experience.
