We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our high touch Financial Services client. This is a 3- 6 month role that will work closely with the Recruitment and HR team, supporting with coordination and administration on graduate recruitment and also in the wider lateral/executive recruitment.
- Taking ownership of recruitment processes
- Involvement with the graduate programme, recruiting for Analysts
- Sifting through CVs and carrying out first stage phone screening
- Administration and coordination of tests/assessments
- Liaising with universities and external Executive agencies
- Presenting updates to the CEO and Senior Stakeholders on progress
- Managing internal relationships
- Organising briefing meetings and creating agendas
- Previous experience of recruitment coordination and administration in financial or professional services
- Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to present and communicate at Director level
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Adaptable, resilient and engaging approach
- A flexible team player
Initially home based there may be potential to go into the office.
