We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our high touch Financial Services client. This is a 3- 6 month role that will work closely with the Recruitment and HR team, supporting with coordination and administration on graduate recruitment and also in the wider lateral/executive recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of recruitment processes
  • Involvement with the graduate programme, recruiting for Analysts
  • Sifting through CVs and carrying out first stage phone screening
  • Administration and coordination of tests/assessments
  • Liaising with universities and external Executive agencies
  • Presenting updates to the CEO and Senior Stakeholders on progress
  • Managing internal relationships
  • Organising briefing meetings and creating agendas

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience of recruitment coordination and administration in financial or professional services
  • Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to present and communicate at Director level
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Adaptable, resilient and engaging approach
  • A flexible team player

Initially home based there may be potential to go into the office.
