Your new role
An excellent job opportunity, for a Regional HR Advisor, 12 month FTC, within a fast-paced, commercial HR Team, you will be home based and be required to travel to sites in Northamptonshire and Peterborough 2-3 days per week (a car allowance is provided.)
Responsibilities will include:
Providing advice and guidance from end-end on all disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance management, flexible working and maternity and paternity issues.
Coaching and delivering training on HR best practice.
Producing reports on HR data.
Inducting new starters.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor, ideally managing high volumes of ER cases from end-end in a fast-paced commercial organisation. Ideally you will be qualified to at least level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You must have a full-clean driving license and your own transport and be happy to travel 2-3 days per week in the Northamptonshire and Peterborough area. You must be available to start with no more than 1 weeks notice.
