Regional HR Advisor - 12 mth FTC

We are pleased to be working with a large commercial organisation with offices across the country to recruit a new Regional HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC basis.
Your new role
A full generalist role, you will engage with leaders across multiple sites and oversee ER casework, assisting with recruitment and talent planning and training line managers. This role will cover multiple sites from South Birmingham down to Gloucester. The role will be home based with travel to regional sites 2-3 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has managed the full employee lifecycle and is able to engage with senior stakeholders. You will need to have previous experience of managing ER activity and able to give advice and guidance to line managers. Experience of a regional or multi-site role would be advantageous.
