A family run business shipping business based in Athens, with an office in London (160 total headcount, 30 in London). Supportive culture with a family feel and great value placed on autonomy.
Description
Full HR Generalist remit a standalone role, including:
- Recruitment
- Payroll & employee benefits.
- ER and Employment Law - providing guidance and advice to Managers on ER issues including grievances, disciplinaries, capability processes and exit interviews
- Performance Management and associated systems
- Training & development
- Employee engagement
- Managing budgets
- Office Management
Profile
As well as demonstrable experience in the 'key responsibilities' area, ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified (desirable, but not essential). Candidates must have demonstrable experience in a standalone, autonomous HR role.
