Manchester based not for profit organisation currently undergoing a programme of business change and transformation are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor for a 9 month FTC position
Your new role
You'll join a friendly and dynamic HR team working collaboratively to provide a proactive and values focused HR service to the wider organisation. Your role will include effective operational BAU support including low level ER casework and employee lifecycle support in addition recruitment and selection coordination. You'll utilise your prior HR Generalist experience to support the HR coordinator utilising and developing MI driven data and the cascade HR system to drive the projects and operational work with a continuous improvement, problem solving approach. This role will be remote working initially with a hybrid working home/office split from late June
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Experience in a similar HR Advisor / HR Generalist role
- CIPD Qualification
- Strong HR systems Experience - Cascade advantageous
- Data / MI Analytics and Reporting Capability
- Collaborative and Proactive Working Approach
- HR Policy Review & Update
- Excellent Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building Skills
- ER Casework Experience (non-complex)
