Interim HRBP

New Interim BP role 6 months Busy & varied position


We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of HR Business Partners on a fixed term basis of up to 6 months to cover a period of maternity leave.

As a HR Business Partner, you will work to provide high quality HR advice and guidance to support business objectives. The successful candidate will have experience in partnering management teams and key stakeholders to drive the implementation of key priorities, such as (but not limited to): - Change Management initiatives, specifically restructure coordination, implementation and completion. - Performance Management - Resourcing, specifically senior management recruitment campaigns - Complex Employee Relations casework - Reviewing and analysing data to identify trends and solutions with experience in presenting patterns and insight to Senior management and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working within an HR department, advising, guiding and coaching managers and employees on the full spectrum of Employee Relations and Resourcing issues. Previous Business Partnering experience would be advantageous, however, experience in managing end to end restructures is a priority requirement for this vacancy.
