Diversity Sourcing Specialist

We are delighted to working with an international, market leading organisation to recruit a Diversity Sourcing Specialist based in Manchester. As the Diversity Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified, diverse candidates for open positions across the business and EMEA region.

You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to provide diverse talent identification and sourcing services, identifying and attracting high-quality underrepresented talent for the business and region. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, representing this organisation at diversity conferences and targeted industry events and building strong relationships with external partners and diverse networks.

The ideal candidate will have some recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally gained within professional services. Experience partnering with diverse professional networks and a passion for diversity and inclusion is essential as you'll be the driving force behind the attraction of diverse and underrepresented groups across the business.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
