Your new role
In your new role, you'll be providing comprehensive advice and guidance around HR policy, varying complexity ER cases (incl. performance management, absence management, exits and redundancies) and people-related queries. You'll manage ER cases end-to-end, involved in all investigations and meetings; conduct salary bench-marking exercises; advise colleagues on different types of leave; and oversee the day to day work of the HR Assistant Advisor.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll be operating at HR Advisor level currently. You'll have strong employment law knowledge and experience handling ER cases without supervision. Furthermore, you'll be CIPD 5 or 7 qualified, and ideally have gained your experience working in a professional or financial services firm.
What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive a competitive £40,000-£43,000 salary (DOE) and company benefits. You'll have the opportunity to work flexibly and from home 2/3 days per week.
